Also, how does this make abortion permissible? It does not. Abortion is still wrong (w the exception of the life of the mother…which is a very very small instance).

Abortion is permissible if the woman’s life is on the line. Just like with murder for self defense. Otherwise, there is no other reason why abortion should be legal.
